I ordered this for my son because he drinks a lot of smoothies and prefers to use organic ingredients. This Matcha is very finely ground. For an organic product is it comparably priced to other brands of Matcha and is a good value.

i like this stuff. it tastes good and wakes me up without feeling jittery, however i will say that it did hurt my stomach a little bit. that might be because of what i ate that day, my stomach does tend to be sensitive to matcha for some reason, but the pain was mild and didn't last long. its pretty good quality. i normally use ceremonial grade and it was pretty comparable to those. i would recommend it

1 tsp goes a long way. I like my matcha with almond milk and was able to fill my 12oz bottle with enough milk to have a creamy matcha drink. I made it just as the directions calls with 2oz of hot water and mix but I then added my almond milk to my liking. It blended smoothly and not grainy. The matcha is earthy, I love the taste. It was definitely worth the price. Color was a light green similar to what you would get in a Starbucks. There is no sweetener which is how I like but you can add whatever your taste buds call for.

I’m not a huge matcha aficionado, but I wanted to try making matcha lattes at home. The bag is small (only 60g), but it is labelled as certified organic, so it seems you pay extra for that. The matcha latte recipe on the pouch is for a tiny amount (2 oz water, 2 oz milk, 1 tsp powder), so I doubled that, and it made a delicious warm beverage for these cold days when I want a hot drink after I’ve already had my morning coffee.Bonus points for the pouch being resealable!

My daughter love's matcha and MatchAiA is good for her. We got a traditional matcha set about a year ago and have been trying it with different grades of powder. This is marked as "Culinary grade" which really just means that you're not going to have as deep and rich a flavor (or at least in my opinion). This stuff is good enough for a kid to consume and it frothed well with the whisk and everything else on the kit. Mix it with some milk, and we've got a great drink for the kiddo that's less "better" for her than coffee.

This is a review for MatchAiA USDA-Certified Organic Matcha, 100% Pure Green Tea Powder, Premium Culinary Grade for Lattes, Smoothies, Desserts and Baking, Sugar Free, Gluten Free (150g / 5.3oz Pouch)MatchAiA USDA-Certified Organic Matcha, 100% Pure Green Tea Powder, Premium Culinary Grade for Lattes, Smoothies, Desserts and Baking, Sugar Free, Gluten Free (150g / 5.3oz Pouch)This is a really nice culinary grade matcha - perfect choice when you are using it in lattes or baking so you get the amazing matcha flavor, but the subtleties of the ceremonial grade matcha are not lost in the finished product. If i am not using a chasen and chawan to make it, I am not using ceremonial grade! I make a (Very lazy) matcha latte at home each morning and this matcha is a great option! Fresh bright taste comes through but it isn't bitter or too grassy, I still pass it through a sifter as I pour it into the heating and frothing milk, but it did not have a lot of clumps to worry about! I like that this is just straight up matcha and is not sweetened. I prefer to add my own sweeteners to my own sweetness level and this works great for me.

This Matcha is excellent quality, tastes just like you'd expect green tea powder to taste. It has this sort of vegetable/grassy flavor that's slightly bitter, yet mixes well with sweeter products. For this bag you get about 30 servings worth which is about a teaspoon each. I think this is a pretty reasonable figure given the price. The bag is a little smaller compared to what I thought it was going to be when it arrived. It usually helps to have the product next to other objects to judge scale, which some of the photos do include (though the other objects are out of focus). Also the package is resealable which is great! The only complaint I have about this product is the pricing on this product page lists it as "$281.87 per Ounce" whereas, this product only has 2 ounces (it should probably be $5 an ounce). Not sure where that discrepancy is coming from, but I can imagine this would make a buyer nervous in buying this product as they of course don't want to be charged that much for some tasty Matcha.
