These magnetic switched seem to be well sealed and well made.

These contact sensors work as expected, they are closed (circuit completed) when the magnet is next to the sensor and open (circuit broken) when the magnet is removed. Included magnets are nice quality and activate the sensors from a decent distance away, and each sensor has a generous amount of wire attached. Note the measurements - these are quite small and are the type normally used in windows. The flush mount round door sensors are normally larger.
