Extremely easy and secure peel and stick installation method which I liked, made it easy! The hinge on this bracket is far superior than the two others that I have purchased from other sellers. I have a three car garage with three individual garage doors and the first two brackets that I purchased from other sellers were a few dollars cheaper so I ended up going with those, but you get what you pay for. They would get stuck when opening or closing the garage door making them quite unreliable. This hinge uses a more sophisticated hinge design which opens and closes smoothly every single time, I am pretty sure it is due to the manufacturer using actual ball bearings in the hinge or something. Worth every penny tbh if you want something reliable for your alarm sensor to operate as intended.

The installation process was quick and easy. Definitely impressed, the hinge mechanism is exceptionally smooth and reliable, already outperforming another brand I had purchased for my rental unit that failed in 1 month. Definitely recommend buying this product.
