This meat tenderizer/injector is a neat piece of equipment. You can tenderize as well as inject marinades and sauces at the same time. It seems to work quite well. The whole thing is very easy to use. Just fill the syringe with whatever type of sauce you would like and as you tenderize, you simply push down on the plunger to dispense the sauce. Very simple yet effective.
