This digital thermometer is sleek and has a nice design. The temperature takes a minute to climb to current temperature but it appears to be accurate. The thermometer comes with instructions, temperature chart, batteries included (which is convenient), and small screw driver. The display is easy to read and the metal prong to swing on and off is very smooth. You can test different foods such as casseroles, pot pies, hot drinks, soups, stews, not just meat. Overall I am satisfied with this thermometer and appears to works well.

This works perfectly. Temperature read out is almost immediate and it turns itself on and off when you fold out and back in for storage.

Up until recently, I was sure I could not cook. No matter how many times I made chicken for dinner, I never got it right. I was always careful to make sure meat wasn’t undercooked and it was almost always too tough and overcooked. My niece let me in on how she always made perfect chicken at her family meals. “Use a meat thermometer”, she advised. I sent for the Cheflor Meat Thermometer, looked up the proper temp for chicken, and proceeded to make my first meal of perfect chicken. I had no idea it was this easy!

Just got this digital thermometer and like the look and make of it. Seems like good quality. Only dissapointment so far is that the magnet on the back of the thermometer does not hold very well and the thermometer slides down frequently.The hold function is a nice feature when temping food in the oven. You can withdraw the thermometer and see the temperature upon using the hold function.All in all I am very happy with this purchase.

This is a battery operated digital meat thermometer. The thermometers case is made of sturdy plastic yet the back is magnetic and sticks to my microwave keeping it conveniently close and easy to grab. I was able to verify the accuracy of the temperature reading by using a second thermometer as seen in my picture,. The unit is easy to turn on one handed operating similar to a switchblade motion. The thermometer operates off two AAA batteries (included) and also included is a phillips typs screwdriver to remove the battery cover. I am very pleased with this well made, easy to use and accrate meat thermometer and i would recommnd it.

This instant meat thermometer works right away. It will instantly start to change but the read is gradual, meaning it takes a little time to get the final temp. Build quality is great. Display is easy to read.

This set comes with everything you need for use! It’s small and lightweight, and is easy to insert into meat. Just what I was looking for. Haven’t had a chance to compare for accuracy, but great impression!

I like this. It comes with 2 AAA batteries that you have to install. There is a screwdriver that you need to open the battery compartment, so make sure you don't lose it! It's larger than an eyeglass screwdriver, but smaller than anything you would have for generic house repairs. There are other ways to close a battery compartment, so I'm not a fan of how they chose to do this. But the sensor is super fast, and fairly accurate. I washed this off, and it told me that my tap water was 67 degrees. Then I put it in my coffee, and it said it was 147 degrees, which is probably close since it came out of the machine 5 minutes earlier and was finally cool enough to almost drink. It said my ice water was 32.2 degrees. This turns on when you unfold the sensor and turns off when you fold it closed again.This works well and quickly. I just don't like how the battery compartment is fastened.
