The PIAMIG Mechanical Calculator is a bright addition to my desk and general office decor. I use this calculator to use for work. My job doesn't require a lot of math, but when the need did arise, I was using either my phone or the desktop's OS calculator. I wanted a physical calculator that I could use instead.It's battery-powered and comes with a handy button guide. The display is very clear, the buttons are responsive and I appreciate that it has a BACKSPACE button. The calculator doesn't have an OFF button. Instead, it powers off on its own after eight minutes. I don't have an issue with the calculator powering off after a period of inactivity, but I wish it also had an actual OFF button.It's large for a calculator, so depending on your space and setup, it may not be practical. The commas in large figures appear at the top of the display—reminiscent of an apostrophe—as opposed to the bottom. It can be disconcerting to read numbers when they're formatted that way.All in all, it's an aesthetically pleasing calculator that serves well for basic calculations. It has some drawbacks, but it's fine for what it is and it'll get the job done.

This calculator is very cutesy and functions as it's supposed to. It is a fairly basic calculator so it's not going to be doing anything more than basic math, but it's definitely a vibe.

Nice clicking sounds when you depress the buttons. Not too large where it takes up too much room on the desk. Easy to use. Times out after being idle. Large buttons and display. Just wish it was purple not pink.

I have had a few comments already about how cute this calculator is since it is sitting out on my desk at work. I love that the display and the buttons are large and fully readable. The only downside is that the keys are very loud. It runs on a battery, but it does automatically turn off with inactivity, saving the battery power as much as possible. Overall, I really love this calculator!

Had high hopes in this product when I ordered, due to the size and the size of the keys…all I could say, its awkward. The “=“ key is lopsided and sticks, and the other keys are awkward to use.UPDATE: Product was replaced, and the Seller (Piamig) was so quick to reach out and offered to replace the defective item. The replacement works fine :-) Thank you Piamig.

I needed an actual calculator besides the one on my phone to have on my desk at home. I was drawn to this mechanical calculator because of the cute color scheme and cute round buttons. It is also a nice good size to have on your desk. Not too small or large. It requires one AAA battery , which is not included. That will last forever. It has all the basic functions you would need. Nice big LCD display so you can see the numbers clearly.My favorite part about this one is the clicky buttons. It has those buttons that almost reminds me of an old type writer. They're not as noisy as one, but do have a nice satisfying click sound when you push the buttons. That may bother some people, but i like the clicky buttons. I prefer it as opposed to a silent button one. So, I'm happy.
