Dopo aver avuto un’ottima esperienza con altri obiettivi Meike, non potevo lasciarmi sfuggire il Meike 85mm f/1.8 Pro Series Full Frame Autofocus II per la mia Sony, e devo dire che ha superato ogni mia aspettativa!Fin dal primo utilizzo, la qualità ottica di questo obiettivo è impressionante: nitidezza straordinaria già a f/1.8, con dettagli incredibili su tutto il frame. Anche a tutta apertura, la resa è eccellente, e chiudendo leggermente il diaframma la definizione raggiunge livelli altissimi. Il bokeh è morbido e avvolgente, ideale per chi, come me, ama la fotografia ritrattistica e vuole un’ottima separazione tra soggetto e sfondo.L’autofocus è rapido e preciso, con prestazioni molto affidabili sia in foto che in video. Ho testato l’obiettivo in diverse condizioni di luce, e il sistema AF si è dimostrato sempre efficace, mantenendo il soggetto ben a fuoco anche nei movimenti più dinamici. Inoltre, un grande vantaggio per i videomaker è la quasi totale assenza di focus breathing, rendendolo perfetto anche per le riprese professionali.Un aspetto che ho trovato particolarmente utile è la ghiera di selezione dell’apertura, che permette di regolare il diaframma direttamente dall’obiettivo senza dover passare per i controlli della fotocamera. Una funzione comodissima, soprattutto per chi fa video e vuole avere il massimo controllo senza distrazioni.Dal punto di vista costruttivo, Meike ha fatto un lavoro eccellente: il design solido e compatto trasmette una sensazione premium, con una finitura nero-matt che migliora il grip e dona un aspetto elegante. Inoltre, il peso contenuto lo rende perfetto per portarlo sempre con sé senza affaticarsi.L’ho utilizzato sia su full frame che su APS-C, e in entrambi i casi il risultato è stato eccezionale. Su APS-C si trasforma in un equivalente 127.5mm, rendendolo ancora più versatile per ritratti con una compressione naturale dell’immagine.Se siete alla ricerca di un 85mm f/1.8 autofocus che offre qualità da top di gamma a un prezzo incredibilmente competitivo, questo obiettivo è semplicemente un must-have. Con Meike mi sono sempre trovato benissimo, e questo nuovo modello conferma ancora una volta l’eccellente lavoro che il brand sta facendo nel settore. Assolutamente consigliato! 🔥📸PS. Comprato questa ottica per avere una lente luminosa, leggera e con un prezzo non esagerato per quello che offre.Un'apertura di 1.8 consente di poter giocare bene con l'esposizione in diverse condizioni di luce, bello anche in bokeh. Messa a fuoco precisa.A primo tocco mi da senso di solidità, questo 85 diventa un equivalente 127mm per un APS-C. Un po' lungo per architetture ma per scatti da lontano perfetto.

If you want a great portrait lens without spending a fortune, the is a solid choice. It takes sharp, beautiful photos with a soft, blurry background that makes your subject stand out. It feels well-made, and while the focus isn’t the fastest out there, it’s smooth and works well for most shots. It’s not a high-end lens, but for the price, it’s a fantastic deal.

If you're looking for an 85mm prime for Sony e mount and don't know which to go with, just go ahead and buy this lens. The other options for this focal length are around 2x to 4x the price of this lens and, unless you need f1.4, they don't do anything noticeably better than this lens.Everything is sharp corner to corner even wide open at f1.8. Auto focus has worked great for me so far. Manual focus feels smooth and precise. Focus breathing is nonexistent. The lens is lightweight and easy to pack around. Couldn't ask for much more, especially at the price point.

Lens is super lightweight, plastic but feels more premium. Amazing at this price. Bokeh is well rounded and lens is super sharp wide open. Love the fast aperture at 1.8. The lens hood snaps into place solidly and works well to keep stray light from hitting the lens. The rings have a nice texture to them and the manual focus almost feels like a direct focus lens. There's a nice solid click when switching from manual to autofocus which is nice. The only thing i ran into was it hunted a bit in the closer focus range, but always landed in the correct spot and no issues beyond 5 feet. Overall insanely good value at this price.

Ich habe das 85mm Objektiv jetzt im Einsatz und bin absolut begeistert! Die Bildqualität ist einfach phänomenal – gestochen scharfe Details, ein wunderschönes Bokeh und beeindruckende Farbtreue. Besonders bei Porträts liefert das Objektiv unglaubliche Ergebnisse.Die Verarbeitung ist hochwertig und robust, dabei ist das Objektiv dennoch angenehm leicht. Der Autofokus arbeitet schnell und präzise, auch bei schwachem Licht, was mir bei Fotoshootings enorm hilft.Für diesen Preis ist das 85mm Objektiv unschlagbar und eine absolute Empfehlung für jeden, der seine Fotografie aufs nächste Level bringen möchte. Ich werde definitiv noch mehr Fotos damit machen und freue mich auf die kreativen Möglichkeiten!

This is the updated/Mark II version of Meike's popular 85mm e mount lens. Compared to the Mark I version, this lens has a lighter plastic outer housing and a dedicated aperture ring which has tactile stops on each setting. The build and finish, despite being plastic, is excellent and feels very well made. Great bokeh and outstanding value. 85mm is a great focal length for portraits. I only wish Meike could bring this lens to RF mount!
