The flash dryer was in a box for about three months before we finally got our power upgraded to accommodate the necessary 240 volts needed to operate it. We carefully assembled the flash. We had our electrician attach a male plug on the flash. We plugged the flash into the newly installed female plug-in. The flash works excellent! We couldn't be happier!! A screen print shop would totally understand this review.
