I had initially given this a ONE star, as I was having so much difficulty with downloading the APP, therefore I could not use the device, however once I saw the QR code for scanning and was able to download the appropriate APP it worked like a charm, I LOVE this little printer, it is actually quite good quality and for the price you can't beat it! I would recommend and will definitely buy this again!

Receive this thinking it came with rolls I am not happy no rolls whatsoever was in the box I’m not happy about this at all that is false advertising revived a $5 refund even tho rolls are more tht $5 ugh
