This is a decent little portable CD player and radio for around 30 bucks. It’s definitely old school with its CD player and AM/FM radio (which is exactly why I bought it), but it also has Bluetooth, so I can stream music from my phone when I want.The sound is fine for its size, but nothing that’s going to blow you away. It does have a bass boost, which helps with the low end, and honestly, you’ll probably want to leave it on all the time—without it, there’s not much bass at all.I also like the compact size since I bought this to use in my small kitchen. The controls are easy to read (even for my old eyes), and the buttons are clear, concise, and simple to use.Overall, I’m pretty pleased with it for the purpose I bought it for.

My 8-year-old son asked me about CDs after we saw some at the record store, and I had to get an old stereo out of the basement to play them. The stereo is giant and apparently only works with the remote, so not so convenient. I decided to purchase a new, small CD player to use around the house, and this Memorex player checked all the boxes. The sound quality is pretty good for such a small stereo, though not as good as most modern Bluetooth speakers or our Alexa device. The CDs actually didn't play at first and I was afraid I had received a defective unit, but eventually I heard music after turning it off and on a few times and using a different outlet. I love that it also works as a radio, but I thought it would have digital scrolling and the ability to save stations as favorites, but I was mistaken. It uses a wheel to find stations, which is as advertised, but I can't get my usual ones to tune in. I think I will likely just use it for CDs instead. I love pulling out CDs I haven't listened to in a long time and enjoying them again. This is a good replacement for old stereos people may have sitting around and provides quality in a small size.UPDATE: So I can't get this to work at all now. The CD is spinning and the digital display lights up, but there is no sound, no matter how much I move the volume control. The radio isn't working either. I am very disappointed that this worked for like one CD and now won't play anything. I can't figure out how to contact the manufacture and Amazon says I can't replace it after 30 days. Now I am back to not having a working CD player.

My kids and I are all very much music lovers, and I play all kinds of different music in my home. Me and my kids have a collection of both physical and digital media; so I really found it interesting that this 'Memorex' boom box could play CDs, Bluetooth content, and radio. I'm glad that I've kept my favorite CDs from the past, as well as my kids also being interested in physical media. This is the perfect device to easily listen to CDs (and also downloaded music and content via Bluetooth), as well as tuning into the radio! 💿 🎶 🎼I like that this little stereo puts out a decent sound quality for the size; I think it has a nice, clear sound when playing my favorite music and podcasts. The look of the boom box does give me nostalgia vibes, and I really love that there's a handle on the top (for easy carrying). It's simple to power this stereo, wither by using the cord that came with it-or by using batteries (so it can be cordless). The buttons and settings are pretty easy and straightforward; it doesn't take a lot of technical skill to use this item (for which I am glad 😊).This is a great product, and I'm very happy with how well it works. It's durable, yet lightweight; also, it's compact style makes it easy to sit and display in many different settings. This is a great product, and at a reasonable price point (in my own opinion and experiences); I definitely recommend this item! 🎶 😎

Boombox pricing is all over the place these days, but I think this is a good price. It's not the best sound you'll ever hear - you can kind of tell by how small the speakers are - but it works. Sound comes out of it. It's easy to use. And the red color is so cute that I'd probably keep it as a decoration even if it didn't work.

Ahh, nice old school-type radio. Works well, CD player works, the radio bands work, though it's a cheaper analog dial, so hard to dial into your favorite stations. Also has bluetooth, which does work. Using this to extend as a portable speaker with the 3.5mm jack and it works well for that. Been on and broadcasting for 24hrs a day, for well over a month now without a hiccup.

This is a great little 'Boom Box'. It reminds me of the old days when we didn't have Bluetooth, and everyone had CD players. But this one has Bluetooth and sounds great! If you still have a collection of CD's that are just collecting dust you may want to pick this up and dust off the disks. The build quality is awesome, and it sounds great as well!
