I use them for bmx racing. Very lightweight and they don’t restrict my movements. I’ve already tested them out with one crash- I limped them rode away, instead of crawled away!

I had gotten this for my son who is playing basketball. He like the extra protection when hitting the floor. Just hand wash or on your delicate setting and hang dry.
