I love these boots so much that I ordered a 3rd pair of them. They're great quality and a little oil gives them a glistening shine. I like how they have a decent sized sole, so it feels like you have a real solid, supportive shoe under you instead of other boots where it feels like you're basically walking on the ground. Shipping takes a bit, but they're well worth the wait. Seller is very responsive with any questions you might have, too. I needed mine by a certain date for an event, and they made it happen for me.

These are the perfect pair of boots for my Santa outfit. Have worn them for 2 seasons and still in perfect shape for the next.

I bought these boots to complete my 501st officer costume and they were exactly what I wanted / needed. They are very high quality and look amazing. I have already received several comments on how good they look from other legion members. They are riding boots and not walking boots so moving around in them is not the most comfortable yet, but I'm hoping that they will break in.

Ordered a brown and black pair at the same time. The boots are made in Pakistan with quality leather and good stitching. The boot pull straps are set too far down in the boot, requiring me to purchase longer boot pulls. The black pair fit nicely, the brown pair was too small in the ankle to fit the foot through without tremendous force (as in, I bench 220 lbs and it took all my strength to get my foot past the ankle of the boot). This is a common problem with boots made by people who have smaller feet than the size they are making. I will heat & oil the ankle area in an attempt to stretch it, but it's a shame it didn't come just a little bit larger, and the fact that the black boot showed up fine tells me it's the worker (and quality control), not the design of the product.

I really like the style of boots available to add a fashion statement. I have a collection of western boots that I circulate depending on what I'm doing and what I'm wearing. My decision to wear a riding boot really put bite into me. The elegance and design for men and women that a riding boot can do made me try a pair. My search was usually met with a style I really didn't like: zippers. While putting on the boot with a zipper is a great compromise, I just wanted a more traditional method. I ran across the boots from Tiger Dive: Hispar Mens Man Decent Dress Dressage...no zipper. I ordered a pair in a size that would fit...11. I have an 11EE foot, so I wondered if this would work. The boots arrived very quickly. The leather was perfect, stitching and construction wonderful. But, I could not get my foot past the ankle which meant too small. I got on-line with Tiger Dive and Amazon. Extraordinary customer service: Tiger Dive paid the shipping. What more could I ask? I wrote them a note if they could exchange for a larger pair. No problem...send them back. I did that this week. I am very much hoping they have a size 12. And, I am hoping I can wear these boots. Price and quality are both excellent. I will write again when I receive my exchange.Follow to the review I wrote back in 2018: The exchange never happened: Repeated emails to Tiger Dive and Amazon resulted in complete frustration with both. When I asked for some help from Amazon they stated that Tiger Dive is a third party seller therefore they would not help me. I was issued a refund...but, what I wanted was a larger size boot. I cannot "bet on them" again for a purchase. I later purchased a pair of Boulet Boots called "The Shooter." I am far more happier.

I purchased these boots for my 501st Legion cosplay's. These boots look amazing, although take a bit to break in, so do not be discouraged. Also make sure you follow their sizing scale to the letter, because the sizing is not the same as they take the height and width of your calf into the overall measurement of the boot! The company also managed to beat Amazon's shipping estimate by an entire week, so that is a huge plus as well.I would recommend these boots to any cosplayer looking for high quality leather boots.

I have read a number of reviews concerning Hispar and their Amazon distributor, TigerDive. After buying several pairs of boots from them, I can only say that my experiences have been better than those of others. There has been some variation in the fit of the boots, but they have all been acceptable or better for me. The boots without zippers have required a slightly longer breaking-in period but have become comfortable. They are pretty durable and easy to maintain, although an early pair had a cheaply-built heel, which I upgraded at a local shoe repair shop. The more recent pairs had better soles and heels. For the money, these boots are a pretty good buy. I have an expensive pair of dress boots that is in a different class, as one would expect, and another pair of "budget" schooling boots that I also like. However, I am happy enough with these to buy them again. I don't disbelieve the reviews that reflect bad experiences, but I suggest that those who are curious still might gamble on a pair of these. I will also add that the shipping was prompt with my purchases. I will say, too, that communication is best done by email. Telephoning seems to lead to strange experiences.
