I am normally dewalt only as that’s the battery platform I am already invested but the dewalt style flywheel nailers are problematic at best . So after much research I tried the Metabo 36v framing nailer . It has been nothing but a work horse . I have run 3 boxes of nailer threw it an have been shooting into lots of harder old grow wood doing Reno’s . I has not once miss or jammed on me witch is just unbelievable really! The battery lasts very long a charges fast , couldn’t ask for a better buy ! Would recommend it to anyone looking . I looking at geting a cordless circular saw an it might have to be green after the impressions this gun has left

I've used it to do some framing. I've had this for nearly a year and I have yet to recharge the battery. It's a little heavy ( I'm 71 years old ) but I like how sturdy it is built. Highly recommend this!

Its a little on the heavy side but I love the 36V batteries. No problem with using on pressure treated lumber. Nails like a beast.

I am normally a Milwaukee guy however this Metabo cordless framing nailer does a great job and the weight balance is easy when using for prolonged periods. It’s not an entry level tool and the price is comparable with other professional tools on the market.

This thing has no problem driving 3" nails all day long, I also purchased the extention mag. It's doesn't leave my truck and I don't pull air lines anymore.

Worked perfectly right out of box. Charge seems to last a long time and recharges fast. The carrying bag and goggle are a nice extra. Nice having freedom of no hose. Hope to get many years of use from it.

I did a lot of research. It's awesome not to have to drag out an air hose and a compressor and generator. FastUsing it for interior framing things wonderful.

I wanted to like this nailer. For the 2 hours it worked it was nice. Hopefully this was just defective and the new one is better.Update: never received a new one and they tell me I have to find a repair place.

This thing is great. The safety push is well designed and grips easily for accurate nail placement in all situations. Zero issues with speed down to 8*F so far. Battery life is good and it's balanced well.Only two minor cons...It's a bit heafty but that's to be expected. The single fire and multiple fire modes have to be manually switched. This means that in multi fire mode, you cannot fire a regular single shot (where you want to set placement before pulling the trigger) without pressing the button to change it back to single fire mode. This isn't a deal breaker obviously and probably limited to cost and design. But it would be nice to have it in multi fire (bump trigger) mode and also be able to single fire without bumping the safety.
