For some reason, my daughter likes to practice cello in the bathroom. But there is no place for a music stand. So I got her this book stand that fits on the counter. It is ideal. Compact and versatile, it's a great option for those with limited space or people wanting something portable. It holds her music (even the large sheets) well and it adjustable. It folds flat for easy storage. It comes with a dry erase surface that mounts to the stand magnetically. Odd, but a nice touch. Pen is included.Good value, too.

I love my paper planner but it took up space on my desk. I also wanted it more in front of my face, as I need to reference it often. I got this book stand and it was the exact solution I needed. The stand itself is a beautiful soft pink color, and I love how easily you can adjust the angle. The front bar holds the planner in place, making sure it doesn’t fall forward. The bar is also thin enough that it isn’t a distraction and is easy to pull down if needed. This stand is very sturdy and lightweight, making it easy to move around. It functions exactly as I hoped and folds for easy storage. I highly recommend.

This book stand is great! And the perfect shade of purple, like a lilac or maybe lavender. So convenient that it includes not only a little magnetic white board you can stick onto the stand when you're not using it to hold books - but also a dry erase marker to go with it!

It's definitely a good, compact size, but will work for larger books or tablets. I got mine mainly to hold paperbacks, and it works, but it isn't pretty. I have a tendency to have the tv on, the laptop on, and a book to read during commercials, so I just wanted something I could prop up that keeps it open so I can look over and just start reading, which I can do with this, but that bar is kind of in the way if you use it to keep the pages flat. If you have a larger paperback or a hardback, even a magazine, I think this will be great for you, but for smaller books, not so much. The price is comparison to some bookstands is really appealing. It gets the job done, but it is definitely for larger books that maybe aren't novels...

This product was a little smaller than I expected, but it does seem to serve the purpose. I actually ordered this as a mini music stand for my daughter. She plays flute and she is always hunched over her music laying on the bed (she's only 11 one year 2 of playing, so she hasn't yet figured out that isn't good for playing). She can set this book stand on her desk to hold her music up. It isn't tall enough to hold a single piece of sheet music, but I found that it I put the included magnetic piece on the top, a piece of paper can definitely stand. It has a nice bar that holds things in place and this has helped her overall posture.

I play accordion and don't have space in my tiny home for a full-sized music stand, so this little book stand has been great for my needs -- I set it on any table or counter surface and am good to go. There's an indention to accommodate the spine of a book, which is a really practical feature. The stand adjusts to six different angles, and the wire guard on the front can be set at any angle including flat. The stand folds up pretty flat and fits inside the accordion case when I'm not using it.
