I can't speak to the longevity yet but the rubber boot is a nice flexible and tough material. It came with a bunch of nice self-drilling screws which are perfect for my application which is a metal roof. The metal bezel that is supposed to maintain pressure between the screws to ensure a good seal is a very soft aluminum. Too soft in my opinion. I cut my own bezel from a scrap piece of roofing to go over the attached soft one and it turned out fine with fewer screws going through my roof.

Easy to fit and install. Nice that they include the self tapping screws and the magnetic socket for the drill.

It has always had a slight leak and I’ve never been able to find or stop it despite numerous reapplications of sealant. I decided to try this boot. We haven’t had any super heavy rain since I put it on, but so far, I haven’t had any leaks with the rain we have had. Installation was pretty easy, just have to use lots of screws.

As the last hurricane blew through and put the roof higher on the repair list these came in handy.-These came in pretty well packaged. Although the edges of the tin were a tad bowed.-The material they are made out of seems pretty sturdy.-The fact that theses can be used for multiple sizes is very helpful-Installation was pretty straightforward and simple.We will have to wait and see how they hold up but so far they are doing just fine.

It is flexible to fit any metal roof. I will use it on my r panel roof.
