These are very nice, simple, well constructed spatulas. The size is perfect for a smaller (8-10") pan. The one big drawback is that the very sharp corners do not reach into the turn of the pan, where the inside wall meets the bottom. These would be great for flipping burgers, for example, but not so great for scrambled eggs, since you can't grab the egges from the inside edges.Solid construction. Just-right size. Even the plastic-feeling handles are grippy enough for wet/greasy hands.

When I unboxed these, I thought the handles were too short but decided to try them anyway.That was a good decision. I made French onion soup, which required carmelizing 3+ lbs of onions and deglazing the pan multiple times. The solid spatula did this perfectly with its beveled edge and sturdy construction. Am confident it will also do a good job on a smashburger, which what I bought it to do.
