Worked great. Not sure if real leather but feel like it. Put one pair in workboots and one in excersise shoes. Stay in well and stay where you put them. Good thickness. Comfortable. Just taped to my insole to check placement, then stuck down once they felt good.

My metatarsal arch has drop on both my feet, and these pads have do a great job at putting the support back into shoes that are designed for custom orthotics. Eg: dress shoes and sandals. That are great.

I have been using the Cushwork Metatarsal Pads for a few days now to help with some foot pain in my left foot. I found after using for a while you tend to get use to the lump on the bottom of your foot. I used it yesterday walking /standing on hard concrete for several hours and it seemed to help me stand for longer than normal. I plan to try using the pad on an upcoming hike. It was easy to stick to a shoe insert and it is staying in place. So far, I think this helping me.EDIT: I did a 3-4 mile hike today over difficult terrain and wore a set of inserts with one of these metatarsal pads. It helped decrease the discomfort in the area. I only noticed the pad if I thought about it (the lump under your foot feels strange and you just have to keep wearing it). It felt good. I will continue to wear these. They stick good after long hard use with no shifting or lifting of the pad once stuck. Great adhesive!! Recommended!

The quality of the product is good. The instructions are really good. However, I tried a few variations of placement, and was making the metatarsal problem worse. I suspect they may work for others. Looking at a full insole replacement for this issue, it seems they use a smaller type of pad. So this may be a bit much for some, or I still cannot figure out the instructions, despite thinking they were clear.

I work in a restaurant and I am constantly fast pace walking. At the end of every night the balls of my feet would be in excruciating pain. After wearing these my feet is in a no lot less pain. And they are extremely comfortable and they stay in place. Couldn't move it if I wanted too. Very good product

I returned these plugs because of the quality of them. They were purchased to address the Morton’s neuroma in my right foot. These are so cheap that they would not offer the support that I currently get from a home grown remedy.

I am using these at times to provide a little extra cushioning on the ball of my foot for basketball.Sometimes I just need a little extra padding there
