I've got two pairs of shoes that are very comfortable to wear with the exception they skimped on the ball of the foot support. How many times have I worn these shoes to only come home with the balls of my feet burning! The first minute or so that I had these in my shoes they felt odd, but walking with these inserts in the shoe was an odd sensation of being squishy at first but then very supportive.Thankfully, they're easily repositioned until you find your sweet spot and once in the shoes, they stay in place and no wiggly around as you walk. No more burning balls of my feet!

Not that very comfortable!, felt kinda hard under my foot but we are all different. Id say it's for a person who dosen't have carry a lot of weight. I'm 198lb and It didn't help much.

It left my foot so many times. Non suction, it's a simple padding that moves a lot. Its a useless unless sawn in the fabric of shoes.
