I have been dealing with pain in my left foot in the metatarsal area for quite some time. I have tried other gel pads that roll up in a ball, or don’t work very well. These are great and I can do my fast 3 mile walk without all the discomfort that I was having before getting these. They secure in place because you can wrap it around one of your toes, and there is no discomfort with that.. I highly recommend these, you won’t be disappointed!

If you suffer from metatarsal (ball of foot) pain, you need to buy these. I've tried the fabric ones but the fabric and seams bunched up between the toes was awful. Seriously, you don't even feel these on your feet. From the very first time I stood on the floor with these gel pads in place, I was sold.I was born with ankle pronation in both feet and the medication Topamax damaged the nerves in my feet. I used to cry from the pain as I could only stand for a couple hours and then I was ruined for the day and in excruciating pain. I wear orthotics for the pronation and now I have found these incredible metatarsal gel foot pads that I will never be without.If you have pain in the balls of your feet, GET THESE GEL PADS.
