I was super excited about this Electric Tortilla Maker. What a disapoiment!It overheats everytime I try to make my tortillas. It smells like burnt plastic and it is almost imposible to press my dough to make tortillas that big. It cooks the dough before I finish the pressing process.It is expensive, I do not recommend it.

Pressed great flour tortillas with no dough rolling and no messy flour.Arrived early. It is in great condition. You have to get used to how much heat and pressure to apply but it is waaaaaay better than rolling the dough.Highly recommended!

Beware, this is not a tortilla cooker, it only preheats the tortilla and you must finish it on the skillet. It does make a nice circular tortilla, I just wish the description stated exactly what this product is. I'm not really sure what the preheat function is even for. Someone enlighten me on this benefit.
