Fits Kia Seltos micro2 fuse bay. Needed to add a powered sub woofer relay in the aux power circuit and it beats jamming a wire under the existing fuse. Note that there are two fuse receptacles in the adapter, One for the existing fuse and one for the device that you are adding. That lets you add a different amperage to your device. Two fuses go in side my side but it’s tight. You will have to finesse both fuses in at the same time. Butt end coupler requires crimping tool. Don’t squeeze with a pair of pliers.

These fuse holders allow you to tap an existing fuse in your car. There are two places for blade fuses on this. One of the blade fuses is the original fuse that comes out of the fuse block to insert the tap. The other blade on this is for the “new” circuit you’re creating with the fuse tap. The benefit of this design is that you don’t end up increasing the load on the original circuit by simply adding a wire after a single fuse. The original circuit remains fused with the original fuse and the pigtail coming off the tap is fused separately. I am not convinced though that this was the best solution for my situation as I wasn’t convinced that the gauge of the wire was sufficient. It made me nervous enough to find a different solution for my situation. The situation I was trying to solve was the addition of DRL’s to my truck. As it turns out there was a dedicated circuit available for DRL in my truck it just wasn’t connected. I was able to find the stock wire in the wire harness and put an inline fuse on that circuit to have DRL’s that I can turn on and off inside the truck.

This fit just fine in the fuse box and made for a very clean installation of new power lines for USB ports.

Purchased these Micro2 fuse taps when adding fog lights to our Suburban. Very nice quality. Fit is very good into the fuse block. The slots in the tap are tight, easy to put in the fuses but difficult to remove. The lead-wire is very good quality too. Great price on two-pack. Recommended.

The plastic around the prongs are a hair oversized when compared to the dimensions of a fuse so it might be a tight squeeze that requires some creative shaving of plastic. Otherwise, it works fine.

Beware these are not flat like a fuse. They would not fit side by side in the fuse box for my 2017 Honda Fit. The pictures are a little deceiving and should include a photo of the bulky side.
