I needed something to use at my cube to prevent my mic from picking up my teammates voices during con calls.After some modification, this should do the job at about half the price for a drum mic shield.They really should sell the accessories so this can be done without modding the original components.

I wish I could give this negative stars for how crap it is.This is so cheaply made it can’t even do it’s job for one second when straight out of the box.1. The clamp to the desk can barely hold the arm up by itself2. You can’t even tighten the clamps on the arm tight enough to hold a mic or the isolation shield on it’s own so it all just flops down to the ground and is completely useless3. If you try to twist it as tight as you can to try to get it to hold anything, the plastic piece you grab onto just comes right off.Complete garbage and it’s a shame it’s allowed to be sold on here.Whatever you DO NOT BUY THIS!!

When I received and set up the stand, seemed fine enough. But when I mounted my Samson Satellite mic to it, the flaws became apparent. The base mount is nowhere near sturdy enough to handle anywhere close to the advertised weight when at 2/3 extension. I’ve had to reposition it several times now to where I stay under 1/4 extension… not incredibly useful for an extension mic stand. Now for the pop filter, a little green thread locker could go a long way! It has an issue with unscrewing itself from its clamp while trying to position it. Other than that, it works fine for an entry level mic stand.

It does not do the job for ne there is no isolation and it is too small to even cover my microphone the only thing that was right in the description was that is was light

This, combined with a cheap pop filter, brought my 30 buck usb mic to a level where I can make crisp sound recordings.

The Sound canceling and pop filters are excellent only issue I had is the mic elbow doesn't work on my table due to rounded edges

Being new to the recording "game", my budget is not ready for all of the bells and whistles. That being said, this tiny, portable Vocal Booth is awesome!! The difference in my voice with and without this reflection filter is substantial. I highly recommend this filter for anyone just getting started, or anyone working in a very small space. I would definitely purchase again!!
