The box came beat all up but the product looked new inside. The build quality seems really nice but one of the knobs is a little messed up. I ended up returning it because of the line noise. Too much noise on the inputs and too much noise on the headphones.Pros:- Price- Build quality- Inputs and outputs for the price- Direct monitor and mono/stereo options- Both inputs are mixed XLRCons:- Tons of line noise- The mic/line and the mono/stereo buttons are backwards

I plugged it in and my computer picked up on it right away, I downloaded the latest drivers and restarted my computer, but no audio goes through to my computer.

This unit seemed ok at first, but the second input didn’t work. I returned and went with a different brand. NI—much better!

On Windows 7 I ran into a blue screen error. I think I found the cause. If in the control panel it is not the default device it will blue screen when using Asio drivers when you bring up the fx panel in Reaper.I haven't ran into the problem yet while setting the device as default. The preamp seems to have alot of hiss, but I haven't tested enough to rule out connection issues or environmental problems yet.I will update when I have used this device more, but for now it gets only 3 stars mostly for blue screen issues for as hiss is far easier to handle.Update: This gets another star it's more noiseless than I expected. The preamps rival my scarlett 2i2!!I'm completely satisfied.

This interface has better specs than Scarlet and most others, but it's cheaper. Not as pretty as Scarlet, but really well built with good materials. The levels meter is a nice plus. So far I've seen no latency and really pleased with the sound quality. I use it strictly for NLE audio monitoring so haven't had a chance to use the mic inputs.I think this product suffers from a lack of marketing and a language barrier as the company is in China. It's a superior product, but hardly anyone in the US knows about it or it's advantages. I used Scarlet at work and happy with it, but this has much better specs and was almost half the price.

great product i was using Lexicon with some problem, but now it's sounding great and the led display is also very nice, very rich sound. The only problem is that they do not supply window driver, one had to download from the net, and still my card was not detected, going and checking in system file there was it in usb but did not work i had window 7 64 bit, i updated the driver which i had downloaded it sait that driver is latest so it didn't worked. Then i clicked on downloaded exe file then it began to work. As i am working with pc since 1970 ,s how can a lay man wold make it work. So proper driver with instructions should be provided.
