The unit is combersome to many things to move around. Should have a On & off switch on the handel no head lite most smaller priced unit competers have a headlite. (NOT THIS ONE) for the price it is NOT a good value the Kenmore unit is a much better deal. How ever it has a strong suction and may last a long time for $619.00 I feel I over paid a lot wish I bought Kenmore @ half the price.

I have wanted a Miele for years. This one did not disappoint. The turbo head attachment really cleans the carpets well. The suction is very strong. Came with several attachments to take care of any cleaning jobs. Extra long cord length. I bought it at a great price.

I love this vaccum! It’s quiet, light weight, the cord just wraps itself inside the machine, the sucking power is awesome! And the price on Amazon is way less than buying direct. This is a great vaccum at a great price.

.. first off ... this should be a much higher rating because this is a great vacuum cleaner. The reason for the low rating is the misleading ad. The Ad states that this bundle/variant comes with a electric floor brush:"Three floorheads: The vacuum comes with three full-size floorheads: an electrobrush for deep cleaning carpets, a parquet floor brush for hard floors, and a dusting brush for cleaning furniture and other surfaces."It also states that it is the 'Marin' variant/bundle and on Miehle's website it also states that this bundle includes an electric brush.(see attached images)This was very important to me, because vacuum driven brushes have not lasted in the past very long it seems.... and of course I didn't see the note that said "returns only eligible in unopened condition" ... well I didn't see that until I already had it half put together and realized the electric brush wasn't there.I feel a little cheated and will avoid this seller in the future under all circumstances ... the retrofit for the electric brush is possible ... but will set me back another 500 dollars ... this will have to wait ... for now I will just use (grudgingly) the vacuum operated one.

Very well manufactured with a quality feel, very long cord helps, not very noisy, terrific cleaning performance.It's not flashy like other vacuums, just gets the job done better than most. You will have no regrets.

The package included the Miele C3 with the parquet twister, multiple surface brush head, and the Turbo Brush Head. I was skeptical of the turbo head for carpet but I was wrong. This head works great on my Berber and low pile rugs. If you hold the head of slightly before vacuuming, the brushes really get screaming fast! Very quiet! Virtually dust free performance. The seller didn’t include the HEPA filter as described and noted in other reviews. However, upon contacting them, they quickly sent out a second packed with the HEPA filter. Great seller, great price, great service.

First of all, this review will be more about my experience with the seller.The Miele C3 is a fantastic vacuum! One of the best vacuums on the market.So this machine they are selling is a Canadian Costco exclusive item. It’s a fantastic value! This is not what the seller has advertised though. The seller advertised this product as Miele C3 Complete Marin. It is NOT the Marin as that model comes with premium wand and electric brush head.When I received my Vacuum it did NOT include the hepa filter and extra bags. I contacted seller and they very apologetic and agreed to send them. It seems like based on other people’s reviews they don’t send the bags and filter. I’m assuming in hopes that the buyer doesn’t realize.So yesterday, I received the bags and hepa filter. However, they sent the SF-HA 30 HEPA filter—which is NOT compatible with the Miele C3. My machine requires the SF-HA 50 filter. So the filter they sent me is completely useless for me.As of right now, avoid this seller like the plague. I will update this review if any actions are taken by seller.
