This is an easy to use wooden loom. I like that it is adjustable up to 12 inches, but if you warp the string all the way around the bottom of the loom, you can make projects up to 24 inches long. I am making a hat band.

Very surprised at how simple but sturdy this loom is. Not big and bulky like others. Should be no surprise that native Americans know how to do simple so well.

After my second Jewel Loom snapped in half on me and my wire loom got bent beyond recognition in an accident involving a bed frame, I figured I'd try a different design. This thing's sturdiness stunned me - who knew that two eye-screws could hold something like this so rigid? The notches are deep enough to hold the thread quite securely. It's incredibly simple to warp and use. And all this for only a few more dollars than your usual wire loom!(If you need replacement parts, the dowel included is 3/8" by 12". I've found that I can replace it with a 3/8" by 6" dowel to make it smaller and more portable if I need to.)
