I really liked this product at first. I don't lift that heavy. I only have about 300 lbs of weights and I never used over 220 lbs on the machine. After about 5 months, the bar started to bind, and you could not rack the weights using the hooks. I contacted the company through Amazon and they asked for pictures. I sent pictures and they said someone would get back to me. After three days, I called. No answer. I sent an email. After two days, still no answer.

Machine is useful, easy to construct, and a solid choice to replace a gym membership. However, the machine has faults. The weight holders on the side bend when storing weights; the cable line rubs against the stored weights when used because the line placement is poorly designed; when doing pull-ups, the smith bar is near the athlete due to poor design; lastly, the cable wheel holders do not withstand heavy weights well; they bend open when releasing the cable ball. Altogether, I’m happy I purchased the product, but wish future designs were constructed for an avid lifter. I’ll make do and have the machine replace my gym membership, but won’t replace the gym.

The gym arrived via FedEx in three separate boxes that weigh about 130lbs each. Everything was exceptionally well packaged, and I did not have a single damaged part. Assembly is straightforward and takes one person about 4 hours, though this would obviously be faster if you have a friend to help. You’ll need a socket set and some Allen wrenches to assemble. The kit includes some basic wrenches that will work, but they’re not the greatest quality. Also if you have an electric ratchet that will speed the process along considerably. One thing I really liked is that the hardware for assembly (nuts and bolts) was all individually packaged to correspond with each step in the instructions. That definitely helps with keeping things organized. They also included an odds & ends package of extra bolts and washers just in case you lose or damage any during installation. I thought that was a nice touch. I’ve only worked out on the unit a few times since I got it built, but I can say it’s very solid. There is very little movement when doing exercises and I feel safe using all the features. Overall I would definitely recommend this gym for the price. Just make sure to measure and ensure you have the space for it because it is quite large.

I work at a gym and know my way around the equipment and this machine is fantastic, pretty affordable and well build, putting it together is a little challenging as expected for quality equipment but not overwhelming, I simply hired someone on Angi to take care of it, it's well made, robust and easy to use.The company behind the machine is very attentive, they reply pretty fast to inquiries, and go above and beyond to answer any questions, we had a question about the instructions and Mikolo sent us all the information pretty quickly and contacted us back to ensure that we had all the answers needed.I've noticed a few other machines and accessories that I may get in the future.TL/DR: Highly recommended!

FYI, this product was shipped to me in two separate parts. Both heavy packages, so please thank Fed Ex! I had my husband help me since I get so anxious when I see a lot of tools and items. Each box has a number so use that in steps to better help you assemble. Try to follow the video here on Amazon, that got me through it, or atleast to help my know-it-all husband assemble it with me. Definitely have some patience, I did this atleast in two days, but you could definitely do it in one day if you have the time. Use some grease on the metal poles to really get that bar move smooth to go up and down for your RDL's other than that, you might need a step platform if you're short! I am 5'0, and I need to purchase a step platform to do my RDL's. Other than that, it's perfect for me and it gets the job done for leg days :)

We have owned this rack for about six months. We use it about three times a week. We like what it offers for the price and it is a good home gym Smith machine with attachments. The downside is the cable has already broke. Customer service has been 100% not useful. I have sent three emails (all the same) answered their questions and attached the same pictures 3 times and it takes days for them to respond. I am dealing directly with the manufacturer. So in hindsight, if I had to do it all over again, I would 100% pay more money for a different rack that had excellent customer service and maybe built a little closer to home. I wouldn’t not buy if customer service, potential parts and repairs is important to you.

I don't often write reviews but I will say that although the delivery took a little longer, I'm very impressed with a packaging. The equipment was package very meticulously. I was worried that some parts or tools were missing, but everything was as expected. Everything was labeled which made it so much easier to put it together. The directions were easy to follow. Although I already had some accessoriies it's nice to have extra plus there was extra locking clips because one could never have enough. The equipment is very sturdy and pulley system is smooth. I still need to figure out the weight of the smith machine bar and pulley ratio. The only drawback is that for the cable it only goes low to the certain degree. It doesn't go all the way down as you would see in the gym, so to do for example kickbacks or any isolated glute workout your range of motion will hit different. Also same for smith machine if you want to perform hip thrust the range of motion at the bottom is limited. I still have to put together the dip and safety bar. Overall very impressed and can't wait to get my next workout in.
