I bought this for my senior high art students first fused glass project so he could display it at our schools art show . I’ve bought other stands and displays from Milltown Merchants and absolutely love them. Strong and sturdy worked beautifully. The glass was eventually glued in.

This holder is very lightweight and cheap. You are better off going to a glass store and it might cost another $20 but so well worth it.I was afraid my piece would fall over easily .

This 12" disc stand was PERFECT!I had my hesitations of its dimensions, however, pleasantly surprised that it is exactly big enough to fit a 12" Black Obsidian disc as seen in photo attached.Item is light weight at 0.53lbs = 8.4oz = 0.240kg emptyDimensions: 5" L × 8.125" W × 9" H × 6mm ThickSturdiness: Even though item is light weight, it's wide base Dimensions make it extremely sturdy. Welds are solid and clean looking which is a +Coating is uniform and pleasant to the eyes.Spacing of the (4) jaws that hold the disc I didn't even have to adjust! They have just the right spacing to hold the disc upright and without it sitting on its edges!Price point: $20 was affordable since making it myself probably would have costed more after buying the tools and materials needed to accomplish by myself. So, super adorable +I have complete confidence this stand will last the test of time plus it accents the Black Obsidian disc to a T.I 100% recommend this item.P.S.
