I've tried to break these boots in, but I can barely wear them for an hour at a time. Even when just riding, not walking in them they cause so much pain I can barely handle it. Both boots rub hard around my upper ankle.Sadly I missed my window to return these as I was hoping they'd eventually soften up.Don't waste your time!

I sent them back they were not the right size. Too narrow of a boot.

I tried several brands of boots that I just ended up sending back because they didn't feel right. Finally I discovered these in a wide and they were so comfortable right out of the box! They are a little snug in the ankles at first, so if you have wider ankles they may not be for you. They aren't too tight for me however, I'm extremely satisfied with this purchase.
