My heated jacket would not heat. I returned it and have not gotten my refund. It's been almost two weeks. I was told I would get refunddd as soon as the jacket got back to vendor.

The jacket barely got warm. We reached out to the seller and they weren't much help. Basically told us we can get a bigger battery to make it hotter.

This is the third Milwaukee heated clothing item I've purchased for my wife. She often wear this when we go out... She uses the hoodie and vest at work.She's a nurse so the vest tends to stay on all day. We have washed them many times and use them frequently. I'm an electrician, and often wear the hoodie all winter. The small (3-18650) batteries last on low most of the day, and get very warm. I often use the jacket in the rain, which beads water very well. I am also vard on clothing as I often work on steel strut, cabinets, conduit and many other sharp edges. Though I have ripped Carhartts, these seem to be fine and snag-free. I have yet to get the men's vest for myself but, my wife loves her vest and as I said uses it at work every day.

I disliked I had no instructions, cords or heater with the jacket! Didn’t even get to wear it. So re ordered with another company and I love this jacket. Every accessory was in the box.

The jacket arrived days sooner then shipping said which was great, it was correct in size and packed neatly in a box, battery was charged and ready to go good quality as is most Milwaukee products and work like a champ highly recommend this for the winter coming or work in coolers and store.

My wife loves it. It keeps her warm all day long. If I had to change one thing, it would be the size of the battery that is required to run the jacket. It’s a little bulky. Pretty much the only thing I have to say that would be in a negative
