Do not purchase this item. The description stated it’s battery operated which is false. It’s just a plain toothbrush. If I didn’t have to give any stars I wouldn’t have.?

I'd been looking for a toothbrush that was the right size for my 6-8lb Pomeranians. This is a perfect size! The bristles are also not too hard or soft, so they are good for removing plaque from little dog teeth (which notoriously have issues). I'll be buying again!

The tooth brush is the perfect size for my smal dog. Even though she hates having her teeth brushed she doesn’t mind this one .it fits in my hands so comfortably and I am able to grip it perfectly and it’s made of great quality, the bristles are not to hard or soft. It is perfect for cleaning her teeth well. She is no longer on the verge of tooth decay the vet was impressed and is going to recommend this brush for all her patients. It’s perfect for the money. I love it and so does my dogSo it’s a must have!! 10 out of 10

A good toothbrush saves money in the long run as cleaning a dogs teeth is good for their overall health and saves expensive vets bills. I have bought this toothbrush before and can highly recommend it.

This is a good quality toothbrush. I just really need a smaller one for a Chihuahua with a tiny mouth. Or if the bristles were shorter. I have a hard time getting it between her cheek and teeth. For medium to large of dogs, I would recommend this. For tiny Chihuahuas not so much. But still, it is the smallest one I can find.

Every single brush I tried on my Yorkie makes his gums bleed and this one was no exception. It's small and feels soft-ish to touch but it's not gentle enough for a Yorkie in my opinion. My dog is 3, only eats dry food and his guns are healthy but they will bleed unless I use a silicone brush.

Finally, a company that helps furbaby parents take care of their 'childrens' teeth!! I have an 8.5 lb Chihuahua that I have struggled with since she was a pup to brush her teeth. I tried the usual methods... my finger, a finger cot, gentle coaxing, having another person help me.. you get the jest. I finally gave up when she started snipping at me /us. It wasn't worth it. Or so I felt until last Sept., when at the age 6 1/2, she had 2 teeth extracted. I felt like a 'bad parent', and so began scouring Amazon for the best toothbrush I could find. I had been using the small end of the ol' standby dual ended toothbrush that's probably been out there for years. But this NEW toothbrush has worked a MIRACLE, in combination with my now using tiny, training treats afterwards. I've tried to incorporate common sense behavior modification techniques to my routine as well ( just things I've picked up from Google and while YouTubing how to cut nails, **decided not to do afterall... HaHa on that **). I could not believe the transformation in this dog of mine. She went from being a monster to a pussy cat. REALLY!! I attribute it to mostly the brush. It is easy for me to handle and maneuver inside of her mouth. It is gentle /non - threatening. I use a chicken flavored tooth paste (vet recommeded, which I had anyway). It fits easily into the BACK of the mouth, which is so very important as that area is more difficult to reach and visualize! It's amazing to me that 'Maddie' just sits and looks at me while I get the toothbrush /paste/treat out and scoot closer to her. I stroke her head, do the "baby talk" thing, and off we go. I know that the behavior mod works in tandem with the new toothbrush... but I give THIS toothbrush most of the credit as it CATERS to the toy dog. One thing.. Initially, I did purchase the smallest brush, since she is a Chi. After several months, about 6 wks. ago I went a size larger to a'small' and I think this is actually a better fit for Maddie's mouth. Afterall, it's not as though she's 4 lbs... Lol. Kudos to Mind Up for thinking of those who have smaller breed dogs!!!! 😊.

Please don't stop manufacturing these!!Review for: NORMAL DENSITY WHITE TOOTHBRUSHUse: 11lb. 3 year old chihuahua poodle mix with sensitive gums and some yellow teeth/plaqueMy husband and I have searched high and low for the perfect toothbrush for our pup. Her gums bleed a bit but she hates getting her teeth brushed and we needed a toothbrush that 1. Was small to quickly maneuver around her mouth 2. Had a shape that was still able to focus on plaque and any yellow areas 3. Was soft and wouldn't irritate her gums.This NORMAL DENSITY WHITE TOOTHBRUSH fit the bill perfectly! Not only does this get into those hard to clean areas well, she doesn't mind it. She bleeds a little bit though but it's very light and barely happens. Soft enough to where there was pretty much no bleeding and yet firm enough to clean. The thoughtfully designed handle itself provided perfect maneuverability which is great!We are looking forward to a cleaner bill of health for our young puppo!
