Works beautifully and consistently. Easy to set up and use. Neat little unit that's easy to hide. Support is unbelievably good and very responsive. They really know their stuff and they care about their customers.If only all tech suppliers were this good...!

The Safetag mini is ideal for my needs as specially looked for a subscription service I could choose when to activate. I have a competitors tag for my car, but wanted a portable tag for my wife when she goes on holiday. A lousy sense of direction for her and she will not use mobile data at all to check google maps etc. (a very big mobile data bill on previous travels means she will not risk repeating it ) and I now prefer to miss the crowds and noise abroad, so she goes with friends.Of course. I bought competitors tag as my car experience with them was good, but their tag is quite heavy and I wanted something a lot more portable. Hence buying the Safetag mini and activate it only when she goes away.Performance is good and map is easy to use and view. With several different plans for far flung Countries as well as 10,20 and 40 second updates. So can buy only what is required, not forced to pay extra for somewhere not visited.I am much more relaxed about my wife going on holiday now, well that and quadrupling the life insurance!!!

Tracker is alright, for £20 (original purchase price) it doesn't last as long and the app isn't really good for tracking but if you have the time to fiddle around and try to understand the location history then it's alright I guess.
