I tried it, nothing worked. The sound is bad and the microphone is worse. Did not change anything in my settings. Tried another product. Worked perfect with no adjustment.

We received it. It was package great. Hooked everything up. However it is like the speaker is busted. All I can get is a lot of static. It is even hard to understand someone at your door with the speaker right there for the static.

The item has no manual include you need to search you tube how to install on your cctv.

La bocina tiene muy buen sonido aunque el micrófono es algo bajo de volumen y todo el tiempo se escucha un símbolo

The volume is much lower than built in camera mic and if the camera itself was not a large PTZ would have been better off replacing the camera with one that has a mic. But as it stands it does what it says just not up to what I was expecting.
