The hydrolics doesnt work, when you step on the machine it doesnt come back up. The pulley keeps falling off. Very disappointing

Love the size and how easily u burn calories but it makes a loud cracking noise every time I step on it. Tried to file a claim with the protection and all they said was to contact Amazon about returning the equipment which can’t be returned.

This is awesome because it means you can get an almost full body workout, not just your legs but your upper body as well. I'm so glad I bought this, it's definitely more useful than running. I highly recommend it.

This is my second stair stepper. It is a great home gym addition. Gets a decent workout and doesn’t take up hardly any space. The machine came assembled, with the exception of the resistance bands, which were easy to install. Entire machine is easy to use, makes no noise, and it is portable. Great buy at a great price point.

I needed something compact that I could keep at work and store under my desk so that I could get a bit of exercise in on the days I couldn’t “get away” to exercise. This allows the convenience I was looking for.
