Mini-Pro OTDR
Link quality and information can viewed. After the test is completed, Link information includes length, total loss and number of events.Detailed event information can be viewed from the event list.
iLOM(Event Map)
The function can be tested automatically by one key, and the information of the length of the link,
the type of event point and the position of breakpoint can be displayed in a graphical form. The result is easy is clear and easy to understand.

OTDR, this unit is awesome. I do I&M and this is a fantastic tool to have. Unsure which port to use at an fdt, use the vfl and put your comfy shoes on and walk to the far end. I think not. I can pick not only the longest fiber but the one with the least loss. A recipe for success.I did have an issue with my original unit. The friends at YEDEMC promptly addressed my issue with a free direct return and a brand new unit. Completely satisfied. Thank you!

For quick troubleshooting is good, not really for providing reports.I experienced a ghost trace a couple of times.Other then that it works pretty good

I only use the OTDR, OPM, 1310/1550 light source, and VFL functionality. It works very well and is easy to use. It is also a very good value given its price. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is that the product description says it can measure insertion loss, but you need a separate light source or separate power meter. This unit cannot have the light source and the OPM on at the same time, which to me seems like a simple thing to implement in its software.
