Finally a perfect charger for lithium batteries. After trying a few different chargers for my new lithium batteries, I found one that works properly. First off, I purchased the 6 amp 3 bank version because I wanted a charger that does not get too hot. This 6 amp is in the same case as the 10 amp. So I'm guessing it would run cooler.Second is, this charger stops charging before the bms cuts off. Most other chargers charge up to the full 14.6v. Unless your cells are always perfect and that is not always the case, your bms will cut power before your charger does. That can not be good long term doing that. This one charges full power until it gets to 13.8v and slowly ramps down to 1 amp when it gets to 14.2. Most will say this is not fully charged but it only take about an extra minute to reach 14.6 so you are not gaining anything. Only extra wear and tear that is not needed. Minn kota also cuts off at 14.2 and stays off. My old noco would keep turning on to top balance over and over for an extra 4 hours. That's bad.The quality seems good so far. The power leads are a little smaller than what I was expecting but should not cause an issue. I did contact minn kota for some question and they were very slow to reply. Hopping that I never have to ask for warranty service. All and all, I think this is the best charger so far for lithium batteries.

Eliminates the need to disconnect batteries in a 24 or 36 volt system. Another huge benefit is it can be permanently connected and used with a permanently connected Minn Kota alternator charger.

I purchased this item to replace my old charging system. It was very easy to install and works very well. The system has keep my boat batteries fully charged even when the temperature dropped to 15 degrees.
