I 'installed' these when I returned home from a trip today, and was worried they would not hold the doors in place during the trip to the site a few miles away where I store the trailer (thanks, HOA!). Thankfully, they did hold, which is good. But I know they would not have the strength to keep the door shut during a longer, bumpier trip, just as others have warned. But for short distances on paved roads, they appear to work OK.If you store your RV at home, then this isn't an issue at all, of course.Since they did hold for that short drive, which is all I needed, I'll round up to a 5-star for this item.

Exactly what it purports to be! We got a used trailer, and one of the originals was broken. Needed to prevent mildew inside an RV fridge when not in use.

Didn't secure door very well, plastic is too thin and flimsy, easily bends and pops open.

They work and do exactly what they are supposed to do: keep the fridge/freezer doors open a bit to stay dry and not mildew. But I kept wondering why the service techs doing annual service and maintenance for the extended warranty were throwing them on the floor? D'oh it wasn't them, these clips offer a gentle latching force for the doors to prop open, but driving down the road is more than they stand up to, the doors pop open then the clips pop out as the doors slam closed, flinging these clips everywhich way. SO...don't depend on these to keep the doors in place while on the road, they weren't designed to do that, they are supposed to pop free if you slam the door with them in place to not damage the fridge. Take them out and properly latch the frig and freezer doors before hooking up for a maintenance/repair run down the road.

Easy to install once you figured out how to do it. No instructions. Does what is suppose to but expensive for what does. You can use a towel for free.

These keep the RV refrigerator door and freezer door opened up just enough to air out nicely. They install quick and easy. I would purchase these again if needed.
