It said in the description unfilled height is 5'8 weight is 70 to 75 ounds and can to maybe a pound so misleading information there so what the heck.

Contrary to other reviews the dummy came with all tie strings.IN terms of filling, I first pushed three swim noodles up each leg and then I filled it with rubber mulch. Well, ti was along side the mulch. Actually it is used for playgrounds as fall protection. I put the mulch in after the noodles. It took a while. I first filled each leg shaking it periodically to much the mulch. Once I reached the crotch I started filling in again and again I shook it periodically to move the mulch around.The arm holes are fairly small but it took about 20 minutes to fill each arm with mulch.I now have a heavy bag that will not leak and whose filling is about the same, in hardness, as an average martial artist.The bag now weighs about 75 lbs.The item arrived two days before predicted.Every product and supplier should be so good.

This can only be filled with rags. if you had plans to fill with corn/rubber mulch/sand or any other types of material it will not work. You fill this device from the bottom up . the crotch has a large seam, the feet and the hands all have seams where you fill the dummy. it does not come with all the laces for each either. the device is made of very good material and is strong. but you cannot hang it without everything settling to the bottom. Just wish they had listed this on the initial sales information.

This is made of a heavy duty material. Once stuffed with customer provided materials it created a durable sparring dummy. Hardware for hanging dummy was sturdy and reliable.

Second best thing to a real person. You can practice neck, leg and arm strikes which is much better than just a heavy bag. I would recommend this device if you have room to put it up and don't have a training partner.

I got this a week early and immediately opened and stuffed it. currently it is hanging from my pullup bar with a weight of 58lbs(no extra weights or sand, just fabric scraps) it stands at just the right height for me to practice my jabs, hooks, and knees indoors. As soon as it gets warm, i plan on hanging it outside and using it for all of my mma stances. i would definatly buy again
