the phone was swinging fine, but it didn't count toward any distance. every now and then it would give me a very small distance, but not predictable at all.

I'm using this to get my steps in and hatch eggs in Pokemon and so far it's worked very well. It was a bit confusing to figure out initially as the box does not have any English writing on it at all and there are no written instructions. There's... an extra piece? I'm not sure what it's for. But... it seems to work fine without it attached so whatever. This is the second swing I've used and comparing it to my other one I'd say it's maybe a better quality and will hopefully hold up a bit longer than my last one did. I'd recommend this to others.
