This light is medium brightness on full charge. I do like the ability to lift off of the base to recharge. It has a swivel head that rotates left and right to level it on your painting. It seems good for the price. The look is sleek, and it is easy to install be mounting a plate and then easily seeing this on that plate. Not sure of the battery life yet, but I charged it at least a week ago and although I only turn it on occasionally, it has retained it charge!

This is now the third rechargeable wireless picture light I have purchased. I love them. For years I coveted those $300- $500 versions at Restoration Hardware and just couldn't cough up the dough. These are a great compromise. I chose this one due to the fact my frame is 2" deep and I needed a fixture with a neckthat extended out over that. The gold finish is subtle and classy. My favorite features are the variety of light colors that dim by remote. Install couldn't be easier. I only reserve 1 star as I have just installed and only award 5 stars to products I have used for longer than 1 year without issue. So far, win win!
