Finish etc is good but doesn't come with inner sleeve. Normally when you replace these it can be difficult to get the Allen screw undone without damaging. Not sure why this wouldn't be included or at least show the replacement as a separate part to purchase

Amazingly, even though "CC" type non-threaded connections are common in US, this only works on a threaded IPS connection. No adapter included, and I can't find an adapter on line. No way to tell this from the description on-line. Annoying and lame.

Replaced an older diverter spout that was leaking. The spout was easy to install and no longer leaks when using the diverter, which has improved the flow/pressure of water in the shower head.

Unfortunately, this product comes only with the outer sleeve of the tub spout. It did not come with the inner sleeve that attaches it to the pipe. I was unable to find a new inner sleeve anywhere online, so had to remove the one out of the old tub spout and use it.
