This product worked great for me and the instillation was fairly easy. We have higher water pressure in my house and the water pressure was not affected by the assembly. I have had it installed for 2 years now and there have been no leaks. It easily slides in and out of the sink for easy use and the hose is fairly long. Great product overall.

Purchased a Moen faucet which came with the side sprayer, at the local hardware store. The sprayer quit working in less than two months, and the replacement I purchased didn't last three weeks. Inside the sprayer head it was plastic guts which would stick open. This caused the sprayer to spray water all over as soon as you turned the water on. Went to Home Depot and bought a generic universal replacement head, and after nearly a year, it works like new.

I wish I could buy just the handle, because that's what needed to be replaced. The trigger (push button) on the old handle got broken inside (plastic) so the water was running only through the sprayer and not through the faucet. The new sprayer handle works perfect. All I needed to do was unscrew the old handle and screw the new handle onto the hose. It took me 10 seconds.

It is great. I will take some credit for installation which was very easy - except...the flange/guide/base thing - for setting the sprayer into when not in use - was to large. The center hole size was correct though. I was able to use the old flange. I cut down the new gasket to fit and it came out beautifully. It is the best part of my fifty year old kitchen sink. Will shine up everything after regrout.

UPDATE: we were originally very happy with this product however over the past month the sprayer nozzle has gotten stuck in the spray position on 4 occasions.We would not recommend this product. Moen products are normally better quality than this.Works as expected, comes with hose which I didn't expect.Price was less than exact same item marketed with the hose so we thought this would just be the spray nozzle. Happy to find out it was the full kit with hose and connectors for less cost.Great quality so far

My previous Moen device button would jam. It would be hard to turn the hose back off. I guess it wore out after years of usage. This hose uses a unique connection (Quick Connect). Therefore, I highly recommend buyers with this model to stay away from generic models. My replacement was easy to setup and works fine.

Have a Moen faucet that came with a side sprayer. After many years, the chrome finish on the plastic of the sprayer was coming off due to hard water deposits around the spray holes. Also, the sprayer was beginning to leak a little, like it didn't always shut off completely. Underneath the sink, the sprayer hose connected with a push fitting using an o-ring seal. This looked exactly like my original, so I ordered it. It was in fact an exact replacement, right down to the hose connection. There are adapters for different connections, but I didn't need them. Easy hook up, looks like new, works like new. Been several months now, and no problem with leaking or not shutting off as others have mentioned. Would buy again if needed.

I bought it to replace the OEM sprayer that started leaking out of the body of the sprayer. My Moen tap is quite old so the finish on the base is starting to break down and the base that is supplied with the sprayer will not work with OEM base on the tap. It is too big and not angled like the OEM one is. Installation was very easy, it works well and sits fine in the factory base when not in use. I tried numerous aftermarket sprayers and they all looked horrible in comparison so I’m glad I got a Moen sprayer in the end. The only downside is it cost twice as much as the aftermarket ones. Overall quite happy with this purchase.

Appears to be genuine MOEN repair kit.Fits perfectly, will repair many models. Included parts would probably allow it to be used with other brands.

Quality replacement product. Unfortunately our 11 year old faucet developed a small leak elsewhere and the replacement part is obsolete so we replaced the faucet & sprayer with a faucet with an integrated sprayer. Expensive alternative but happy with the results.

Looks exactly like the original I replaced with this. Looks great, feels great, but it's poor quality based on only lasting 5 months. The problem is the handle keeps sticking in the spray position and you can't get it to stop spraying until it decides to release. I've taken this apart multiple times to try and figure out what's going on and it seems to be struggling inside the unit itself with no way to access anything deeper. I'm trying to contact Moen for the limited warranty but with COVID all I get is an option to schedule a call back to me 1 week from now at a specified time. Meanwhile our kitchen sink water must run through the spray nozzle (I'll probably try to disconnect it somehow).

I have a Moen combination sink with sprayer. This is the SECOND time the cheap-a** sprayer died in the same exact way.The FIRST time it died, I bought another complete set for hundreds of dollars just to get another sprayer.This time I wasn’t so stupid. I searched around until I found this.It worked like a charm. Replacing the sprayer literally meant popping the old one out and plugging the new one one. The new sprayer fit into the existing base so I didn’t even need the replacement base that came with it, nor any of the adapters. However I like that they included them because each repair scenario is different.My only complaint is that the hose is just as cheap as the original, which means it’ll probably die at some point, too.They used to make these as metal mesh hoses. Not sure why they don’t anymore. I’ll look for some. But I’m the meantime, this was a good temporary fix and it sure was easy to install.
