This arrived with mold inside the dish already!!!! How do I return for a refund on this item?

I would recommend this product to everyone that is concerned about mold issues.Very affordable and easy to use. If you are not sure of how to match the mold that grew to the pictures in the instructions manual, you can take pictures and email them to the company.
