The mole repellents are shaped like stakes with small solar panels on top. To activate them, I need to switch them on before pushing them into my yard. There’s an on/off switch located right beneath the solar panel. Once switched on, they immediately start emitting a high-pitched, annoying sound in intervals of 20 seconds, which I believe helps deter critters.I used my feet to push the stakes almost all the way into sunny spots in my yard. The noise isn’t very loud, but it’s irritating enough that I imagine it would make anyone crazy if they were near it for too long. Hopefully, it’s annoying enough to keep any digging critters away from my yard!

I was really excited when I first got the Mole Repellent Solar Powered for Lawns 4 Pack because my backyard had been having problems with moles and other little critters digging up our garden. At first, I wasn’t sure if it would really work, but now I can honestly say that it has been one of the best things we’ve ever done for our yard! When I first set up the device, I followed the simple instructions. I put the mole repeller in a spot where it could get plenty of sunlight. I learned that it needed two full days of sunlight to charge up completely before I could start using it. Even though I had to wait a little bit, it was really cool to see how it turned into a self-powered gadget that didn’t need batteries at all. I liked that it was eco-friendly and didn’t create any extra waste. Once it was charged, I pressed the ON/OFF button, and the device started to work by emitting low-frequency ultrasonic pulses every 20 seconds. The idea is that these sound pulses, which I couldn’t even really hear because they were ultrasonic, travel through the ground to scare away moles, gophers, and even chipmunks. My family and I have been amazed because we noticed that the holes and tunnels in our yard started to disappear within a few days. Another thing I loved about this mole repellent is that each stake covers a huge area—up to 7,000 square feet. Our yard isn’t very big, but I placed the stakes about 70 feet apart to be safe, and now it feels like our whole lawn is protected. We no longer have to worry about moles destroying our vegetable patches or the flowers that I planted with so much care.

I don’t like moles nor does anyone else I know. They are destructive little creatures. personally I find the ridges they make to be a safety risk. There’s nothing worse than parking in the side driveway, and a female walking across the yard, and her heel sinking into a ridge. So for the safety of my friends and family I got this mole repellent.I love solar products. Having a solar powered mole deterrent is great. It can charge all day in the sunlight, and continue to commit a sound and vibration to runoff those pesky little moles.Since I already had ridges, I can’t be 100% certain how this is working. But since we’ve had some warmer evenings, I’ve been sitting outside, and I do not hear the moles munching on the flower bulbs. That was another reason to get the solar powered moles repellent. Nothing makes a woman matter than a mole eating up her flower bulbs.

My backyard was constantly visited by mosquitoes and small animals, so I decided to try these solar mole repellents. They're small and blends in well with the garden, so they don’t mess with the look of the space. Even though my backyard isn’t huge, the coverage is impressive. I only had to place a few units to cover the entire area. Setup couldn’t be easier. I just stick one into the ground, and that’s it. No extra steps or complicated installation. Since it’s solar-powered, I don’t have to do any maintenance or worry about replacing batteries. Every 20 seconds, it emits low-frequency ultrasonic pulses, which are supposed to be harmless to humans. Honestly, I can’t hear or feel a thing, so it works completely in the background. Since using it, I’ve noticed way fewer small animals in my yard, and even the mosquito problem has improved. My backyard is finally a more peaceful place to relax, without the hassle of chemical sprays or traps.

These solar-powered mole repellers turned my yard from a rodent playground into a mole-free zone. They emit ultrasonic pulses that drive pests away without harming them, and after setting them up, I noticed a drastic reduction in mole tunnels within a few weeks. My vegetable garden, which used to be a buffet for burrowing critters, is finally safe again.Setup is as easy as sticking them into the ground. They charge in direct sunlight, so no messing around with batteries or wiring. Just make sure you space them out properly—about 70 feet apart—for maximum coverage. I installed them in different areas of my yard, and they cover a solid amount of space.Durability is impressive. These things have been through rain, heat, and even a light snowfall, and they’re still working like new. The plastic casing feels sturdy, and the solar panels keep them powered up without any intervention. If you’re dealing with moles, gophers, or even chipmunks wrecking your yard, these are a great humane solution. Just be patient—it takes some time for the critters to get the message and move out. But once they do, you’ll wish you got these sooner.

I like that these seem to be made from really good material. When we put this in the ground, the material didn't bend or break. We have clay and dirt mixture so that was good since it's still very cold out. Only time will tell if this does what it should, but I really like not needing to recharge it or use batteries.
