Great mount! Would build with no scratches or marks. Mounted my vortex and it was easy to lever and stayed locked in place after a few thousand rounds!

Just what I needed for my new AR 350 legend upper. Scope mounted easily and took 4 rounds to zero. I look forward to getting in deer woods.

Works great accept stripped threads on the nut and bolt for pic rail assembly very easily. Once ya remove it for cleaning be prepared to have extras laying around. No torque specs given for these. And I did not have to crank on them very much to strip them .

Of course it's not as good as a $200 mount but for the money you pay for it it's awesome.Make sure to use some loctite on the screws and you'll have a cheap & solid scope mount.

Tried to put modern optics on the old relic. Bad idea - it won't work. Luckily, good guys at Local Imports accepted the return without loops and hoops, which often happens when dealing with overseas sellers.

The scope mount is solid. I did not have any issues with the provided scope clamp screws. (Most people over torque these screws and cause problems they be blame on someone else). The problem I have is with the "thumb screws" which secure the mount to the top of the rifle. If you tighten them with your "thumb" and fingers as tight as you can by hand, they will be loose in about 3 or 4 rounds! I broke out a wrench and torqued them down a bit.... again, loose in 3-4 rounds! Finally broke out the blue Loc-tite, and torqed them down... finally no more loosening up. But now, what good are the thumb screws?!?!? The problem is they used course thread bolts & nuts for the thumb screws. The mount is cheap (compared to big name brands), and this reflects in this design failure.Since the only way to really lock the scope down defeated the purpose of the thumb screws, just buy the option using regular screws (to secure to receiver), and don't forget a little blue Loc-tite.
