Easily master the art of reading and writing in English
The red, Blue, Series materials were developed to meet the need of teaching reading and writing.They break down the essentials of English phonics into three groups: short vowel sounds, consonant blends, and phonetic combinations. By moving through these materials in order, a child is able to easily master the art of reading and writing in English.
These are a few ways you can choose to use this wonderful material!
1. Introduce phonetic sounds of letters by sounding a letter out and ask them to find the corresponding letter!
2. Suggest a simple 3 lettered word. Encourage your child to listen and process the word. while emphasising on the first sound. Work through the word, emphasising different sounds as you reach them!
3. Encourage your child to build short phrases and subsequently build a short story! You may choose to use picture cards for this activity as well!

I’ve had these for a few months and they’ve held up well . Nothing has gotten broken or chipped . My son is just 3 so right now we’re working on matching uppercase with lowercase . The possibilities of what can be done is endless though . And I haven’t seen a wooden set with both uppercase and lowercase so that was a huge plus for me .

We've had this now for many months and I love it as a homeschooling resource for our family. We are using The Good and the Beautiful's Level K Language Arts program. There are points throughout the book where it asks students to spell out different words. They provide an app you can go to to do that, but this is where I like to pull put out this moveable alphabet instead.The pieces are good quality. The vowels are blue which makes it easy to put things away without mixing up letters like u and n.My biggest suggestion with a material like this is to use it within the context of intentional learning time. If this was out all the time I could easily see pieces getting lost all around the house. I keep it up and away when we are not intentionally using it.

I purchased this set for our homeschool, and my son absolutely loves learning to read using them, and making his own words with the letters. They seem pretty sturdy so far.

My preschooler and I use these letters when practicing spelling/ identifying vowels. The letters are sturdy and nicely made. Would recommend 10/10!

I bought this for one of my classrooms and was very impressed with the quality! It also has upper case letters which are not included in other brands of moveable alphabet boxes. I will definitely purchase this one again. The price is also a plus. The size of the letters is the same as other more expensive products.

Have offered a second review because the shipping has been corrected and I have received the small movable alphabet. I am very pleased with this montessori language material. It appears to be well made and all contents the seller represented are all present. I am very satisfied and look forward to using this with my grandson to help him learn to build words. The packaging was good and there was no damage to the movable alphabet. I will use this seller in the future.

It is a great buy! There are more than enough letters for a toddler to make words and phrases. Letters come with a sturdy wooden box. Both the box and the letters are in good quality. Vowels are blue and the rest are red. Overall, It is a great learning tool for a toddler and I would definitely recommend a friend.
