I didn't like the smell but it's tolerable. I put one on each wrist and ankle. Then about 2 hours later I washed my hands for dinner ate and went outside to smoke a cigarette. That's when I noticed I could taste the smell in my cigarette. I thought it was weird. But after smoking I smelled my fingers I could smell the citronella not the cigarette. I think your body absorbs the citronella repelling insects in my case fleas. Bad news citronella can be toxic if to much is absorbed through the skin. I actually think you should only wear one. You can buy them at Home Depot in with the mosquito repellent. I placed a few around my house since burning citronella candles inside is bad for your health in multiple ways. Be careful not to overuse. I actually started feeling nauseous and had to take them all off for hours then I just put only one on as needed.

These don’t work. Plain and simple. I wore 4 (one on each extremity) for 2 weeks straight in Mexico. This photo is all I need to prove that mosquitos completely disregard these bands and bite you anyways. I even was bitten underneath a band while wearing it.

I would sell these myself. I use nothing else. 1 on each arm and 1 on my leg

My daughter presented me with a pack of these when I went to visit her. It was the first time in mosquito country that I did not get bit at all. I usaully have to return home with red and infected legs and arms from bites.
