This didn’t work with my iPad. Sadly I didn’t discover this until we were on the plane. We had to keep ourselves individually occupied on our 16 hour flight instead. Not the worst thing, but still not great.

This worked great to connect to the USB-C and split the audio to 2 analog jacks. It worked much better than the standard analog splitter. The analog splitter had significant sound loss, where this USB-C splitter had no noticeable loss.The headset microphone also worked - I was able to use one headset connected through this with my phone to make a call.The only drawback for me is I can't charge the device at the same time as using this USB-C splitter, but that is not a big deal as long as device is charged before use.
