I'm using it on my vacuum system at my 3D/Router shop, so I can set the vacuum speed to an intermediate power, saving energy and producing less noise when top speed is not needed. Very well built.

This unit did not work at all .plugged in a router to this to slow down the rpm of the router . Did not even turn the router on

This seems well made and does what it is intended to do. The control knob works nice and smooth. I like the meter that tells you the voltage being pulled.
