fit may depend..the rim at end means it might only slide into bracket one way...and the bracket on my Escape did not loosen enough..so had to bend entire bracket mount away...hate to do that..a few more times and bracket will likely break..and hard to get to..so..install with care..(check directon--of flow. IF--you let car sit a day..don't run--fuel pressure should have released...but hang a rag when releasing old..and wear glasses..fuel psi could remain

This fuel filter fit my 1995 Lincoln Town car. It was an exact replacement for the factory filter. In fact, this filter purifies the fuel so good, I swear its added at least 50 horsepower to my car. With this clean filter and the increased fuel pressure it has added my car feels like I bolted on a supercharger.Seriously folks, it's a fuel filter. There's not much to say other than that. I'm just sitting here bored with nothing better to do than catch up on long asked for, but never completed Amazon reviews. Hope ya'll have a nice day.

It fits and does the job. When the factory part is the same cost as the copies, why not get the original. Only problem, it does not come with the clips. The aftermarket ones I have purchased that came with clips, in every case the clips were UNIVERSAL. That means the clips didn't fit. There are aftermarket clips sold at Amazon that can be made to work..

This filter meets ford's specifications and will not disappoint. Buy your new clips to go with this. Does NOT include clips nor does it say it does.The main advantage over other filters is the stainless steel canister! Other filters will rust away before the filter media is used up. This is dependant on your climate. I am using Quebec, Canada as my point of reference. (Long snowy winters with salt used on the roads)Otherwise the fittings are as expected and the media lasts long enough much more than the 12 month / 12k km warranty. I'd estimated 25k km easy. This may vary if you get dirtier gas somehow.
