This little stabilizer is actually a potent upgrade, with adjustments that actually work quite dramatically in fact! Was pleasantly surprised to find the valving and adjustment knob actually stiffened as the turn of the knob increased ! I was expecting somewhat of a toy , but the finish is done quite well , and looksConsiderably high end when I really look at it ! I think it has improved handling especially at highs speeds far more than I thought would be possible from an off brand stabilizer, needless to say I’m really happy and truly consider it an upgrade from without having one. Installation was odd for me because I had to fabricate for my application, many of you may not experience this. Overall, I’m very pleased with the overall quality and results I’m getting from this stabilizer. 5 stars!

"Not bad" sums this one up. It's pretty clearly a clone of another big-brand steering damper, at about 1/4 of the price. I'm reasonably impressed with it...the machining of the body is really nice, with no burrs or rough finishes anywhere. The adjustment knob is easy to use without tools, and has nice "clicks" to it. The range of adjustment isn't bad either, but goes from "stiff" to "really stiff". Whether it works well for you will depend on how exactly it's mounted. It feels a little stiff for my application, but might be perfectly fine for yours if mounted differently. Operation is super smooth, and there is no free play at all on the spherical bearing joints. I've been using for a few days, and so far it's been consistent with no leaks. There are no accessories at all in the box, which is fine. You'll have to source your own mounting brackets and hardware to make it work.Overall, it's better than I expected for the price. We'll see how durable it is, but so far it deserves 5 stars for the value it represents.

Well made steering damper. Has adjustment knob to control resistance to turning. Operates smoothly and adjustment knob actually changes resistance. The color reminds me of kawasaki forks from the 2000's.My bike is down at the moment but am looking forward to testing this out on the gravel/dirt roads in back country. Too many "pucker" moments hitting a pothole or larger rock at slower speeds which is why I ordered this. These are worth every cent of the investment. Those who have experienced "tank slap" inevitably purchase a damper soon after. As a bonus, it provides resistance during normal operation that smooths out street riding too.
